SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Brookdale Property Management LLC and its agents, including Jesse Dickenson, REALTOR® ("we," "us," or "our"), in connection with brookdalesells.com.

Program description

When you opt in, we send text messages about the real estate services you asked about. These can include replies to your questions, appointment and showing reminders, schedule updates, new listing and property information, home value estimates, and updates on your purchase, sale, rental, or property management.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted on a form on brookdalesells.com, through the chat or text widget on our website, or by texting us first. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any property or service.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
